🚀 Role: Head of Product - Digital Experience

💰 Salary: £130,000- £140,000 + Share Options

📍 Location: London, Hybrid (2 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the digital experience strategy and roadmap across app and web.
• Lead 1–2 squads of experienced PMs to improve critical customer journeys at pace.
• Drive consistent experience design across multiple touchpoints using data and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations and Marketing to deliver meaningful impact.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you shape the vision, drive the work, and deliver the outcomes.

What I'm Looking For

• You've led product teams in scaled consumer businesses with high-volume digital platforms.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management across functions
• A track record of leading complex product portfolios
• Deep understanding of CX, digital platforms and customer engagement.
• You have deep expertise in digital customer experience - onboarding, self-serve journeys, and platform design.
• You're comfortable working in regulated environments with cross-functional complexity.
• You thrive at pace, bring strong product judgement, and can energise teams through ambiguity.
