CRM Executive
London (Hybrid 2–3 days) • Up to £35,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‐performing MarTech team within a global digital transformation function. You’ll work with well‐known consumer brands, develop hands‐on experience with leading CRM platforms, and rapidly build your capabilities in campaign execution and customer engagement.

The Role
In this RM Executive position, you will:
- Contribute to CRM strategy development and multi‐channel execution.
- Support CRM transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth integration of platforms and processes.
- Manage end‐to‐end campaign delivery, including segmentation, build, quality assurance, and analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams to align CRM solutions with wider business goals.
- Use customer and campaign data to identify trends and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Support training, documentation, and platform onboarding across CRM tools.
- Track campaign and CRM performance metrics, sharing insights for continual improvement.
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring:
- Around 2 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience with Bloomreach and/or Braze (having both is advantageous).
- Understanding of multi‐channel CRM delivery (Email, SMS, Push).
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in interrogating campaign briefs.
- Good analytical capability with the ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong academic background (good degree/university preferred).
- Background can be agency, client‐side, or consulting — open.
