This programme spans a broad range of operational domains, including property, facilities, access, security, accommodation, events and hospitality. The focus is on using technology to improve real-world experiences, increase operational efficiency, and support high-performing physical environments.
The role
We’re looking for a senior product leader to join a Digital Campus product team. You’ll coach and guide product managers across multiple squads, sharpen product strategy, and help teams focus on the work that delivers the greatest value. This is a hands-on role operating in a complex, stakeholder-rich environment.
Key responsibilities
• Lead and coach Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple squads
• Run deep dives to understand domain complexity and identify clear priorities
• Develop and maintain focused product roadmaps with strong value and feasibility trade-offs
• Engage with senior stakeholders to balance demand, capacity and strategic outcomes
• Promote modern agile product practices, including backlog management and prioritisation
• Support transformation across digital access and physical security systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data and external delivery partners
What we’re looking for
• 7+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally with senior or coaching responsibilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills in large, multi-layered organisations
• Commercially aware and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
• Deep understanding of agile product delivery and tooling (e.g. Jira)
• Technically literate across SaaS platforms, mobile apps, data platforms and legacy systems
• Confident working in a hybrid environment with core London office days
Why this role
• Senior-level influence across a broad and meaningful product landscape
• Real-world impact on large-scale operational services
• High-trust environment with autonomy and responsibility
• Competitive day rate with flexible contracting
