Recruitment Consultant - Technology
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to specialise in one of the most exciting and fast-moving markets Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our Technology division and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join us. You can be based from any of our four offices in Cambridge, Ipswich, Norwich, or Chelmsford – with a remit that spans the wider East of England region.This role is all about recruiting into the thriving technology sector. Ideally, you’ll bring experience of building and growing a desk in IT Support & Infrastructure, but we’re also open to recruiters from any tech discipline who are ambitious, proactive, and confident in developing client relationships.As a business, we generate over 1500 jobs annually and work with a wide range of the East of England’s leading employers – from innovative start-ups to global brands. That means you’ll have a strong platform of opportunity to build your desk, backed by an extensive suite of recruitment tools and technology to help you succeed. What you’ll be doing:
- Build and grow your own desk within the Technology division, with a regional remit across the East of England.
- Partner with an exciting client base – from innovative SMEs to household names – delivering a consultative, high-quality service.
- Source, engage and place top technical talent using a wide range of recruitment tools, platforms, and attraction strategies.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to offer management.
- Act as a trusted market specialist, providing valuable insight to clients and candidates alike.
- Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally within IT Support & Infrastructure or wider tech.
- A track record of building or growing a successful desk.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Resilient, proactive and commercially minded, with a drive to succeed.
- Passionate about business development and delivering quality recruitment solutions.
