Technical Support Specialist

Role:- Technical Support

Locations:- London and Solihull, UK

Mode:- Fully on site (5 days in a week)

Type:- Inside IR35 Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Windows 10/11 systems and related applications.
  • Manage and deploy devices using Intune and SCCM (imaging, patching, application deployment).
  • Administer Active Directory —user accounts, group policies, and access management.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades and security compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Windows desktop support and Active Directory administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for device and application management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator ) preferred
