About Chartwell Consulting:
The Chartwell Central Business Services function is at the heart of Chartwell’s business operations. The function enables our consultants and partners to deliver world class services and results to our clients. The CBS function covers key services such as finance, legal, office management, executive assistance, commercial and technology.
As part of our Central Business Services function, the Technology Experience team are responsible for providing secure, excellent, and consistent user experience regardless of location and time to Chartwell’s global workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate minor security breaches in accordance with established procedures
- Contributes to vulnerability assessments
- Contribute to the application and maintenance of specific security controls as required by organisational policy and local risk assessments
- Assists user in defining their access rights and privileges
- Contribute towards the basic risk assessments for small information systems
- Responds to security breaches in line with security policy and records the incidents and action taken
- Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers, and categorises incidents
- Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate, maintains records and advises relevant persons of actions taken
- Contributes to the operation of the company’s Cybersecurity Toolset

Entry requirements:
- An A-Level in ICT
- OR an International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in ICT
- OR a Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject
- OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week: 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5:30pm
