Overview:
Morgan Hunt is seeking a Digital & AI Support Technician Apprentice to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in IT through a structured apprenticeship programme.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to internal users while developing their skills across service desk operations, Salesforce administration, and Microsoft 365 environments. This is a 16-month apprenticeship leading to a Level 3 Digital & AI Support Technician qualification.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide IT support via phone, email, in person and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup and equipment provisioning.
- Log and monitor incidents through JIRA service Desk.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with system improvements and digital transformation projects.
- Support cloud platforms, Zoom telephony, and SaaS applications.
- Deliver high quality customer service to all users.
Desirable skills:
- Strong interest in information technology and digital systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented approach with willingness to learn.
- Basic technical proficiency with computer systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic understanding of IT service desk principles.
- Customer service experience.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.?
