Based at our East Kilbride facility, this full-time role is ideal for someone looking to build strong foundations in digital systems, customer service, and internal business support.
You’ll play a key part in supporting our internal teams, learning our business systems inside and out, and developing into a super user of the platforms we rely on every day.

We are committed to supporting your learning journey, providing hands-on experience, and setting you up with the skills and confidence to succeed.What you will be doing: As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will support the accounts administration function while also contributing to the smooth running of our digital operations. This includes:
- Becoming a super user on our internal ERP system (Stock and Order Management)
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal system queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to team members
- Train to become proficient within ServiceNow CRM system - handling invoicing, producing reports, and data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Working collaboratively with internal departments including sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless digital processes
- Supporting digital improvement projects across the business to enhance workflow efficiency
- Helping to manage product lifecycle, inventory control, and customer orders
- Using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook to create reports, manage communications, and support scheduling and data entry tasks
- Liaising directly with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to handle enquiries regarding payments, deliveries, and orders
About you:
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. You should have:
- A keen interest in digital systems and technology
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
