Digital Support Apprentice
QA are excited to be partnering with Quinn Energy to introduce a Digital Support Apprentice to their Glasgow office.
The business is a renewable energy and energy efficiency services company, specialising in retrofit solutions, EV chargers and consultation. Their aim is to support future-proof properties, reduce carbon footprints and support sustainability goals.
Quinn Energy are looking to grow massively and expand into new eco-friendly markets in 2026 and looking to support an enthusiastic apprentice to join their eco-focused team. No experience required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
What you’ll be doing:
- Get hands-on with digital tools: Becoming a super-user of Eco Serve - the CRM system which you will use to keep contractor information up-to-date. You will be a key user of PAS Hub – a workflow management platform daily along with Microsoft 365 to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll also work with Adobe Acrobat to create and edit professional documents.
- Be the go-to digital problem solver: 1st point of contact for contractors via email and telephone, triaging queries and escalating where necessary. Spot issues and help fix them—whether it’s a file that won’t open or a system that needs a tweak. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot and make things work better.
- Keep things organised (digitally!): Manage project data, store files securely, and make sure everything is easy to find when the team needs it.
- Work as part of a connected team: Use Teams, Outlook, and other apps to chat, share ideas, and working collaboratively on projects. You’ll help keep everyone in the loop.
- Create documents that matter: Prepare reports, forms, and client documents that look professional and meet compliance standards. Support the coordination of funding applications, reports and documentation.
- Learn and grow every day: You’ll pick up new digital skills, get training on industry systems, and work towards a SCQF Level 6 qualification that can kick-start your career.
Training & development:
- Work-based learning aligned to SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support framework.
- Full training on Eco Serve, PAS Hub, MS365, and Adobe.
- Support to achieve a nationally recognized qualification.
Salary: £24,242.45 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week,Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 12:30pm
