About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our team as an IT & AI Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital technologies and eager to develop hands-on skills in AI, Microsoft Copilot, SaaS applications, and data management. You will support stakeholders across the organisation, champion AI adoption, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide digital support to internal teams and Directors
  • Assist and work to automate systems and data
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for the team
  • Promote AI literacy and support the integration of Microsoft Copilot and M365 tools
  • Collaborate on projects involving digital transformation
  • Use data securely and effectively to enhance productivity and performance
  • Deliver coaching and advice on digital tools and applications
  • Support the adoption of generative AI solutions
  • Maintain documentation

Desirable skills:

  • A keen interest in AI, digital support, and emerging technologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Willingness to learn and apply new skills in a real-world environment

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours: 40 hours a week, 8:30am - 4:30pm
