Role Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team on a 4-month contract. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on manually testing our platform, identifying bugs, correcting order errors, and documenting issues at speed. You'll play a critical role in maintaining product quality during a period of rapid growth and feature development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually sort through tens of customer reports per day to identify issues and inconsistencies
• Identify and document bugs with clear, actionable detail
• Correct mistakes on orders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the development team to communicate issues and verify fixes
• Follow established testing protocols while suggesting improvements to QA processes
• Maintain organized documentation of all testing activities and findings

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Excellent computer skills and comfort navigating web applications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong written communication skills for clear bug documentation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous QA, testing, or data validation experience is beneficial but not required
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy
• Basic technical skills are a plus (understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases)
