Shift pattern between 08:00–16:30 and 09:00–17:30

We're working with a growing wealth management business that is expanding its IT function due to increased demand and a number of new initiatives, including a large data analytics and data warehousing programme.

They're looking to hire an IT Support Engineer to join a small, collaborative IT team, supporting users in their London office and providing remote support to regional offices across the UK.

This role would suit someone with around 2 years' experience in IT support, ideally post-apprenticeship, who's looking for a long-term career in IT within a professional services environment.

What you'll be doing

• 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and basic networking
• On-site support in London and remote support to regional offices
• Laptop builds, onboarding/offboarding and general end-user support
• Supporting printers, telephony and office IT infrastructure
• Logging and resolving issues, escalating where appropriate
• Working closely with senior IT colleagues across infrastructure and applications

What we're looking for

• ~2 years' experience in an IT support / service desk role
• Strong communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical users
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple issues
• Experience with printers, basic networking and phone systems is beneficial
• Any interest or exposure to data analytics, reporting or data platforms is a strong advantage, given upcoming projects
• Someone keen to learn and grow within a supportive IT team

• Shift pattern between 08:00–16:30 and 09:00–17:30
• Occasional regional travel (not the norm)
• Interviews early January, start late January / February
