- Building a data analytics tool
- A DevOps platform to support 3000 users.
- Processing digital forensic data to enable search and insight generation.

- Champion user-centred design, proactively applying multiple tools and methodologies to anticipate and tackle design blockers.
- Act as a skill or knowledge expert in a specific design discipline (e.g., accessibility, interaction design) for your team and the wider business, including upskilling others.
- Lead discovery workshops with users to help capture product feedback, and support user research.
- Create dynamic wireframes using Figma, reflecting UX design principles, and then confidently present these to customers to articulate your ideas.
- Translate concepts into prototypes and improve designs from user feedback or evaluation.
- Evaluate and recommend multiple design options, taking into account performance, security, usability and accessibility requirements.
- You enjoy breaking down ambiguous user problems into concrete, validated design solutions and user stories, and take pride in implementing a high-quality solution.
- You champion user needs and instigate collaboration with product, engineering, and stakeholders to enable successful, user-friendly delivery.
- You are comfortable challenging the status quo and look for ways to improve processes, user-facing products and design systems, and team efficiency.
- You will be assigned a Mentor, usually outside of your team, who can help guide and support you on your development journey.
