Are you passionate about AI, Microsoft Copilot, and helping organisations unlock the power of modern workplace technologies
We’re supporting a leading cloud-focused organisation in hiring a Copilot Specialist to step into a highly visible, client-facing role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, communication, and innovation.
The Role
As the Copilot Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert across AI and Microsoft Copilot solutions. You'll engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to promote adoption, deliver presentations, run workshops, and represent the business at external events.
You’ll follow in the footsteps of a previous high-impact team member who blended technical ability with commercial awareness, so this role offers real exposure and the chance to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver workshops, demos, and presentations on Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions
- Support customers and partners in understanding Copilot capabilities and adoption pathways
- Represent the organisation at external industry events and partner engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive usage of modern workplace and automation tools
- Provide insight, best practice, and guidance around AI readiness and productivity tools
- Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement across client environments
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of AI and Microsoft Copilot tools and concepts
- Confident presenter with excellent soft skills
- Experience engaging directly with external clients, partners, or stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical capability into business value
- Power Platform knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement
- Background in roles such as Modern Work Consultant, Digital Adoption Specialist, M365 Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Customer Success within Microsoft ecosystems
Why Apply?
- Salary up to £70,000
- High-impact role with visibility across customers, partners, and the wider industry
- Lots of variety: events, workshops, consulting, and hands-on technology
