Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing Experience)
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent (Onsite as required)
Contract Type: Part-Time Contract (2.5 days per week)
Duration: 6 Months starting in Jan 2026
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and deliver infrastructure projects within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of regulated industries and the ability to manage complex projects involving IT systems, facilities, and operational technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Liaise with stakeholders across IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of infrastructure components.
- Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, GxP) and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Facilitate onsite activities in Sittingbourne when required.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) and facility systems.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GMP/GxP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
