Title: Head of Sales - FX & Payments (White Label)

Location: London (4–5 days per week in-office)

Team size: 6 direct reports

The Role:

We’re looking for a commercially ruthless, strategically sharp Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales function in the FX and payments space. You’ll own revenue growth end-to-end, leading a team of six sellers focused on white-label FX and payments solutions for small FX brokers and financial services firms that don’t yet offer these capabilities to their clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role, part coach, part closer, part strategist.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of 6 sales professionals to consistently smash targets
  • Own the sales strategy for white-label FX and payments solutions
  • Drive new business across FX brokers and adjacent financial services firms
  • Personally engage in high-value, complex deals and strategic partnerships
  • Build and optimise sales processes, pipelines and forecasting
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Track performance rigorously and turn data into action

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading a sales team in FX, payments, fintech or financial services
  • Strong understanding of FX, cross-border payments or white-label financial products
  • Track record of winning new logos and scaling B2B sales revenue
  • Confident, credible and commercially savvy — you can sell to founders, MDs and C-suite
  • Hands-on leader who can coach, close and challenge when needed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-led environment

Salary: Between £80,000 to £100,000 pa + comms / bonus
