The Role:
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some analytical experience to launch their business analysis career. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts on a variety of projects, supporting everything from research and requirements gathering to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct market and data research to support project work
- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and process maps
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Support the implementation of new processes or systems
- Track project progress and provide regular updates
- Assist with data analysis and recommendations
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Previous experience or internship in business analysis, consulting, or project support
- Familiarity with process mapping or data analysis tools
