A top-tier crypto trading firm is looking for a senior Data Engineering leader to join as Head of Data Analytics in London. This is a strategic hire to lead and elevate a recently merged global data team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver impactful data solutions.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and APIs.
  • Ensure high data quality, lineage, and governance.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical plans for the team.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in trading, fintech, or high-frequency environments.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with modern data warehouses (ClickHouse, Snowflake, Postgres, etc.).
  • Experience managing data transformations; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of trading workflows or market data feeds highly desirable.
