Pay: Up to £18.50 per hour
35 days of holiday per year.Flexibility: While core hours are 08:00-17:00, flexibility could be offered to suit your lifestyle.Location: Based in Desford, UK, with the potential for occasional international travel (up to 10%).
In this dynamic 12-month contract, you will be the vital link between business needs and technical solutions. You won't just be following processes; you will be helping a global leader adapt its machine order management into the digital age.

Digital Transformation: Support the roll out of Modern Order Management solutions and SAP deployments.

Process Innovation: Identify opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes using modern digital tools

Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams across IT, Tax, Accounting, and Logistics to advise on the order management process.

User Empowerment: Translate complex business requirements into functional IT specifications and train users on new digital platforms.

Operational Excellence: Manage inter-company invoicing adjustments and provide support for system issues and dealer queries.
This is a junior level role, perfect for someone with a year or two of experience in a manufacturing environment who understands how systems drive business.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or Marketing.

Technical Savvy: At least 1 year of SAP user experience is essential.

Analytical Power: Experience with PowerBI (creation/maintenance) and advanced analytical thinking.

Project Mindset: At least 1 year of project management experience and familiarity with Lean methodologies.

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of order-to-delivery processes and invoicing compliance.

Communication: The ability to adapt to multiple cultures and translate client requirements into clear documentation.

Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce (specifically Orders 360) is a major plus.
