The RoleWe are seeking a Commercial Digital Business Analyst to support commercial teams across the UK and Ireland by delivering insight-driven analysis, process optimisation, and digital solutions. This role plays a key part in enabling commercial excellence through the evaluation, design, and implementation of compliant digital tools and processes.
You will work closely with commercial stakeholders, innovation teams, and third-party suppliers to analyse opportunities, improve workflows, and support the delivery and adoption of digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities-
Support the Commercial team with in-depth analysis of new commercial initiatives and opportunities

Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Develop "as-is" and "to-be" process maps, data flow diagrams, and supporting documentation

Build, configure, and maintain compliant digital solutions using approved tools and platforms

Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support commercial projects and initiatives

Deliver remote demonstrations and training sessions to support adoption of new digital tools, platforms, or processes

Support the maintenance of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) documentation and best practices

Collaborate with EMEA stakeholders on commercial and data privacy-driven initiatives where required

Ensure all activities comply with quality system and data governance requirements

Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality support to internal customers

Identify and address data privacy, data management, and system integration issues, including preventative measures

Degree-level education or equivalent experience

Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

Strong project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate

Ability to rapidly upskill in emerging digital tools and best practices

Understanding of data security principles and privacy by design

Experience working in customer service, commercial support, or business support environments
