What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Provide remote support to multiple EMEA sites.
• Collaborate on system upgrades and new tech implementations.
• Document IT processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven desktop support experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11.
