Head of Marketing
Razorblue Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Marketing to join our growing team. Your responsibilities will encompass: Strategic Marketing Leadership (40%)
- Develop marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives and business growth targets
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for service differentiation and market expansion
- Establish marketing performance frameworks and ROI measurements to demonstrate marketing contribution to revenue pipeline
- Create lead generation strategy to address pipeline challenges and support sustainable growth
- Set strategic direction for brand positioning and market pressure
- Design lead generation frameworks that deliver qualified prospects to support new business acquisition targets
- Establish lead qualification criteria and processes in collaboration with sales team
- Develop account-based marketing strategies for key prospect sectors
- Establish service-level agreements between marketing and sales teams for lead quality and conversion optimisation
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to Marketing team
- Develop marketing team capabilities through coaching, goal setting and professional development planning
- Establish performance expectations and development pathways for marketing team
- Build marketing expertise across digital channels, content strategy, and B2B technology service marketing
- Foster collaborative culture within the marketing team that represents razorblue’s core values
- Collaborate with executive team to align marketing with business objectives
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including sales, service delivery, and client experience
- Present marketing strategy and performance to board
- Manage marketing budget allocation and vendor relationships at strategic level
- Ensure marketing activities support overall commercial strategy and growth objectives
- Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven track record in marketing, including several years in a senior or leadership role
- Experience within the IT sector is highly desirable
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, statistical analysis, market research and brand management
- Understanding of marketing tools such as marketing automation, CRM, and Content Management Systems
- Strong communication skills

- Base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on skills and knowledge
