Business Analyst – Worthing / Hybrid
Based on a salary of £47,500 plus excellent benefits / Worthing with one day in the office per week
My client a leading technology strong professional services company seek an experienced Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on an urgent FTC basis – the role will initially be for 12 months, with the real possibility of extension or permanent employment thereafter.

As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Lead the analysis approach for projects, selecting the best methods and techniques.
- Own and deliver business analysis artefacts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
- Define and document business processes, ensuring alignment with agreed standards.
- Support project managers in planning and delivering BA components.
- Coach and guide team members on BA best practices.
Additional Requirements specific to the Business Analyst role:
- Must be immediately available.
- Able to work on-site two days per week (although currently this is just on a Tuesday, plus additional teams meetings and important events).
- Experience in waterfall methodology is essential.
As the Business Analyst, what you will bring to the role:
Essential:-
- Significant experience in business analysis across medium and large projects.
- Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in business process design and modelling (BPMN, UML).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant BA qualification (e.g., BCS / ISEB Diploma, CCBA/CBAP).
- Confidence to work with Stakeholders.
- Collaborative way of working.
Desirable:-
- Experience in regulatory environments.
- Ideally come with large organisation experience.
- Project management certifications (Prince2, APM, PMI).
