Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £50,000–£55,000 (Year 1) | £70,000 (Year 2) | £90,000+ (Year 3)

• A strong interest in sales or a people-focused career
• Any customer service or sales experience (part-time, retail, hospitality, call centre, or graduate roles all welcome)
• Confidence communicating with people over the phone and in person
• A driven, ambitious mindset with a willingness to learn
• Resilience, positivity, and a strong work ethic

• Learning how to win new business through calls and client meetings
• Sourcing and engaging candidates for live roles
• Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working towards achievable targets with full training and support

• £28,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
