• Build and develop strong client relationships
• Source, qualify, and interview high-calibre candidates
• Present candidates to clients and manage the full recruitment cycle
• Negotiate offers and close placements
• Work towards clear targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• £26,500 base salary + uncapped commission
• £50,000 OTE Year 1 | £65,000+ Year 2 | £90,000+ Year 3
