Salary: £70k - £100k D.O.E

The Head of People and Culture / HR Director is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the CEO and Senior Leadership team across the group.
The Role Head of People and Culture / HR Director
This is an exciting role where you will be charged with developing, aligning and implementing short- and long-term people plans and actions that support business strategy.
Critical for success in the role is the ability to identify, recommend and implement best practice initiatives to improve leadership development along with workplace planning and organisational culture to initiate change.
- Contribute to the development of wider business strategy, ensuring people considerations are integrated into key decisions and plans.
- Support the integration of people initiatives into day-to-day operations by promoting ownership, understanding, and sustained use among leaders.
- Drive core talent processes including talent reviews, developmental planning, career and succession planning.
- Use coaching techniques to build leadership confidence, deepen engagement and promote shared ownership of people strategies across the group.
- Take ownership of senior ER matters, ensuring issues are manages to resolution in line with the business needs and best practice.
The Candidate Head of People and Culture / HR Director
You will bring key influencing skills, relationship management and successful collaboration with others at all levels across the business is integral to achieving goals and objectives.
You will have successful experience of a similar leadership HR role within a fast-moving environment.
- Display behaviours that inspire, motivate and empower others, contributing to the overall effectiveness and credibility of the HR function and its goals.
- Act as a strategic partner in business wide projects, leading or contributing to ensure the people agenda is fully represented.
- Drive the HR function as a value adding partner by promoting the HR operating model whilst working with group counterparts in the leadership team to share insights and leverage opportunities.
- Confident in managing complex and interpersonal dynamics, navigating sensitive issues to ensure positive outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Relevant CIPD or other qualification relevant to the seniority and experience level of the role.
- Ideally at least 5 years’ experience of HR management and leadership
