We are partnering with a globally recognised SaaS innovator to appoint a Sales Enablement Specialist who will empower their EMEA Sales organisation through world-class training, onboarding, coaching, and continuous enablement. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-impact enablement programs that help sellers perform at their best. What You'll Be Doing
1. New Hire Sales Onboarding (30%)
- Own, deliver, and continuously optimise onboarding for new EMEA sales hires.
- Build structured learning paths and facilitate sessions covering product knowledge, sales conversations, and methodology.
- Gather feedback and insights to refine and evolve the onboarding experience.
2. Call Reviews & Coaching (25%)
- Regularly review sales calls to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities.
- Partner with Sales Managers on call calibration sessions to drive consistent coaching quality.
- Analyse call trends and recommend targeted training initiatives.
3. Sales Skills Development (20%)
- Design and facilitate training sessions covering prospecting, discovery, value-based selling, and closing.
- Reinforce learning through workshops, role plays, coaching, and practical application.
- Tailor content to the organisation's sales motion and customer needs.
4. Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning (15%)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to deliver timely product and feature updates.
- Build and maintain learning resources that help sellers stay confident and informed.
- Align with global enablement to ensure consistent and relevant content across regions.
5. Run-the-Business Enablement Operations (10%)
- Track and report on enablement activity, engagement, and outcomes.
- Manage documentation, schedules, and cross-functional alignment.
- Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders and global enablement peers.

Experience
- Experience in Sales Enablement, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Background in sales or coaching sellers; experience with marketing-related solutions is a plus.
- Proven track record designing and delivering end-to-end enablement programs.
- Hands-on experience supporting both sellers and sales managers.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED, value selling).
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed or global organisations.
