About the Role
Location: Borehamwood HQ/hybrid
We are looking for an IT Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within our South region. This role is all about building relationships, opening new doors and positioning Redsquid as a trusted technology partner at C‐Suite level.
You will lead conversations around business outcomes, translating technical solutions into clear commercial benefits. With strong experience in selling IT Services and Managed Services, along with an understanding of Telecoms and Cyber Security, you’ll bring credibility, market insight and a track record of winning new clients across both SMB and enterprise.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Growing new business revenue and exceeding agreed targets
• Working closely with marketing, telemarketing and product teams to support lead generation and refine our propositions
• Leading client engagements, campaigns and initiatives to secure new opportunities
• Building, designing and pricing IT and communications solutions alongside our technical teams
• Presenting Redsquid’s technology roadmap to both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Ensuring proposals are compelling, commercially sound and aligned with client objectives
• Managing an accurate and healthy sales pipeline
• Representing Redsquid at client meetings, industry events and networking functions
• Using sales methodologies and tools to support consistent performance
Solution Development
• Collaborating internally to ensure solutions are well‐resourced and competitively priced
• Gathering client requirements directly and shaping solutions that clearly address their goals
• Creating impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate ROI and business value
Customer Engagement
• Promoting Redsquid’s full solution portfolio to new prospects
• Building long‐term relationships by delivering trust, insight and strategic support

Experience Required
• Minimum five years’ experience in IT Services sales
• Strong ability to present business cases, ROI and value‐led proposals
• Confidence in adapting your approach for different industries and customer types
• Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
