Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you'll be an essential part of the New Business Team, maintaining a database of potential clients and making initial B2B contact via phone and email to identify opportunities across multiple technology solutions. This role gives you the chance to have meaningful conversations with businesses rather than working from rigid scripts or automatic diallers, using a bespoke CRM system that supports innovative approaches to lead generation. You'll work closely with the Business Development Team, passing qualified leads for them to close, whilst developing your skills in rapport-building, needs identification, and commercial awareness. With regular coaching and learning and development opportunities, you'll have the support to shape the sales approach and potentially move into strategic or commercial growth positions.

The ideal Sales Executive will bring drive, curiosity, and accountability, with naturally strong communication skills both on the phone and in writing. You'll be personable, well-organised, and able to work consistently to high levels with minimal supervision, whilst appreciating the importance of KPIs and targets. If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology and proactive solutions, or if you've got some telemarketing or CRM experience, that would complement this role perfectly; though training will be provided on the job.
