What you’ll do:

• Prepare statutory accounts for 9 UK legal entities

• Review balance sheets and enhance internal controls

• Ensure SOX compliance and liaise with external auditors

• Lead technical accounting projects and special reviews

• Approve reconciliations and manual journal entries

• Collaborate with global finance, tax, and controllership teams

What they're looking for:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)

• 2–3 years’ experience producing complex statutory accounts

• Proficient in SAP and Excel

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

• Energetic, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
