My market leading, Runcorn based client are looking to recruit an experienced administrator / scheduler on a temporary basis for approx. 2 months, to start immediately. The successful candidate potentially may secure the role on a permanent basis should the temporary assignment prove successful.

This role is responsible for identifying devices in need of repairs in the field via our remote analytics software, and then rapidly scheduling resources (including labour, materials and vehicles) to repair them. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. This role ensures that resources are optimally allocated, deadlines are met, and workflow is streamlined to enhance productivity and efficiency during our winter period.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the data for device health (in Mobile CCTV Towers and other Security devices) via our IT platforms and reacting to the findings quickly to plan resources to fix.
- Plan, organise, and schedule jobs and resources (e.g., personnel, equipment) based on priority, urgency, and deadlines to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time and costs.
- Process and assign work orders to the relevant teams, ensuring each task is assigned accurately with clear instructions and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, updates, and job completions in the company's systems.
- Ensure that service appointments are confirmed and communicated clearly to Technicians.
- Handle rescheduling or cancellations as needed and update all relevant parties accordingly.
