Join our team at Reed Professional Services, a management consultancy specialising in IT and financial services. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with our client's international team. This role is crucial in defining and delivering technology solutions within the International Parcels division of Royal Mail, a prestigious company with a rich history and a broad reach across the UK and Europe.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely the international team to define and deliver technology solutions for the International Parcels division.
• Engage in projects such as USA Tariff adjustments, Parcel Visibility enhancements, and improvements in export services to Ireland.
• Utilise strong requirements management skills to ensure projects adhere to a Waterfall framework, passing through necessary gating processes.
• Conduct process modelling and engage in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with business, operational, and IT teams.
• Gather and map requirements, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and supplier interactions within a multi-supplier environment, ensuring seamless integration and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Strong requirements management and process modelling skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, working closely with various teams including business, operational, and IT.
• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with capabilities in communication, influencing, collaboration, and conflict management.
• Vendor/supplier management experience in a multi-supplier setting is essential.
• Desirable: Experience in logistics or consultancy sectors.
