Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Source, qualify and win new private care sector clients who align with the company's scalable growth strategy using an established care sector network to generate and progress sales opportunities rapidly.
- Develop, nurture and maintain strategic customer partnerships to ensure high conversion rates and sustainable client engagement models.
- Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, tailored demonstrations, proposals and contract negotiation/closure.
- Track sector trends, regulatory changes and competitor offerings. Proactively recommend growth and expansion opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable B2B sales experience targeting UK private care sector (care homes, domiciliary, retirement villages)
- Proven record of consistently exceeding challenging sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of care sector procurement and CQC regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to run complex B2B sales cycles.
- CRM expertise: Experience managing pipelines with CRM systems.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including with C-suite buyers.
- Full UK driving license and willingness for travel to client sites.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, accountable and hungry for growth.
