We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is crucial in managing customer issues and requests with efficiency and a high level of service.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Log service requests accurately and follow up on their progress.
  • Perform basic remote diagnostics to identify issues.
  • Schedule engineer visits efficiently, ensuring timely support.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests, maintaining clear and open communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in service desk, helpdesk, or scheduling roles, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with job management or scheduling software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
