Enterprise Account Executive - Spend Management SaaS

This is an amazing opportunity to become part of a newly-created Enterprise sales team for a rapidly-growing, global spend management SaaS business.

We're looking for new business hunters, with experience of selling a spend management and/or expense management SaaS solution - but that doesn't need to be at Enterprise level, so this would be a great move for those predominantly selling into the SMB or Mid-Market especially.    

This is a hybrid role based in their impressive Edinburgh city centre office 3 days/week, with the remaining 2 days/week from home (you can work from the office 4 or 5 days/week if you wish).  

Day-to-day of the role...

  • Drive the acquisition of new UK & Ireland (UKI) Enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Drive Enterprise pipeline generation by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Effectively manage a book of business, leveraging and optimizing existing networks to drive self-generated opportunities.
  • Lead product demonstrations to articulate our value proposition.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing and post-sale expansion strategies.
  • Report regularly on sales performance metrics and pipeline health to UKI leadership.

What you'll need...

  • Proven track record with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, some of which should be within the spend management and/or expense management world
  • Heavily focused on new business development & managing the full sales cycle.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to the UKI team and customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Open to coaching, adaptable and quick to learn.
  • Driven, ambitious, ethical and sound in approach.
