IT Support Engineer - 1st & 2nd line

Reed Technology  is working with an established company based in Elgin, currently seeking to hire a IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first and second line support to end users across hardware, software, systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Log and manage support tickets, ensuring all issues and resolutions are properly documented in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior technical teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, including hands-on experience with Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and basic networking (VLANs, switching, firewalls).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
