We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who is committed to ensuring the smooth operation of our clients internal IT systems. This role offers the flexibility of ad-hoc work from home options and requires a candidate who can provide high-quality IT support, maintain system efficiency, and leverage Power BI for business reporting. Join the team in a newly refurbished office located in a historic building in cheshire.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process IT-related changes for new starters, leavers, and profile updates.
- Investigate and resolve software issues in collaboration with suppliers, aligning with business needs.
- Develop and enhance IT systems to improve user efficiency and support business processes.
- Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Provide IT support and training to end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage projects and software enhancements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and promotion of company values.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Flexible shift options: 08:30am – 16:30pm or 09:00am – 17:00pm
