Performance and Insights Manager

The Company Nigel Wright Tech are delighted to be partnering with a not for profit organisation who are seeking a Performance and Insights Manager.This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a newly created team and bring clarity to complex data and make sure decisions are backed by trusted insight. The Role Key responsibilities: 
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand challenges, set targets and hold teams accountable for performance 
  • Lead performance reporting and insight for your performance area 
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to diagnose issues and recommend improvements 
  • Collaborate with analysts to design and review reports 
  • Ensure official reporting standards and frameworks are maintained

  • Experience leading a team and delivering performance insight 
  • Strong analytical and confidence using Power BI, Excel or similar tools 
  • A collaborative approach and ability to influence across the business

  • Familiarity with regulated environments is desirable
