What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our sales team, you'll be the go-to person for incoming customer enquiries. You'll help with quotes, product info, and making sure orders run smoothly. You'll also support the external sales crew by helping find new leads and setting up meetings. Over time, you'll build up your skills and take on more responsibility, eventually moving into a customer-facing External Sales role.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Chat with customers via phone, email, and online to answer questions and provide support.
  • Create quotes and share product details in a clear and friendly way.
  • Process orders and make sure everything gets delivered on time.
  • Keep our CRM system updated with customer info and sales activity.
  • Help the external sales team with finding new leads and setting up meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and spot opportunities to upsell.
  • Work with other teams (like Tech, Ops, and Finance) to keep things running smoothly.
  • Share feedback and help improve how we do things.

Where This Role Can Take You

Once you're confident with our products and customers, you'll start visiting clients, managing your own sales territory, and attending industry events. You'll take charge of your own sales targets and help grow the business from the front lines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Some experience in B2B sales or sales support (even part-time or internships count!).
  • Great communication skills – you’re confident talking to people and explaining things clearly.
  • Organised and good at managing your time.
  • - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • - Curious and eager to learn about technical products (we’ll train you!).
  • - Ready to grow into a field-based sales role.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • - Experience or interest in tech, networking, or security systems.
  • - A knack for understanding how things work – especially electronics or transmission systems.
