Key Account Manager – Technology  Bristol/near Avonmouth (Office-Based, No Remote) £25,000 – £33,000 + Comission of 10% per deal Are you a relationship-driven Account Manager or ambitious Business Developer ready to take ownership of a high-potential client portfolio where fellow team members are earning £75,000+ in commission per year This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing technology provider supporting enterprise customers across a variety of sectors who have just had their best 2 months yet! We're looking for someone commercially sharp, motivated by results, and excited by the challenge of growing key customer accounts in a competitive space - who aren't afraid of picking up the phone and building relationships with key customers.The Role You'll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, focused on building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver cutting-edge solutions within their multitude of clients portfolio.You’ll work closely with internal teams spanning technical, commercial, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with key customers
  • Identifying and converting growth opportunities across your accounts
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Managing your pipeline using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Hitting monthly revenue and margin targets
Experience Required
  • Proven experience in Account Management or B2B Sales
  • Strong communication skills, especially by phone
  • Confident, resilient, and driven by success
  • Able to develop meaningful commercial relationships
  • Comfortable handling rejection and turning it into opportunity

  • High-earning commission plan from Day 1 - 10% per deal done. Some of the team are earning £75,000+ in commission.
