Marketing Manager

I am working with a leading organisation in the technology and industrial solutions sector to recruit a UK Marketing Manager. This business is recognised for delivering innovative products and services that drive efficiency and safety across multiple markets, including fleet, construction, and logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong product marketing background who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a UK B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
• Own the UK marketing plan and budget, ensuring activities are data-driven and ROI-focused.
• Plan and deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns (events, paid media, SEO, CRM, traditional advertising).
• Collaborate with sales on account-based marketing for high-value prospects.
• Create compelling thought leadership assets (whitepapers, case studies, videos, sales tools).
• Translate complex product propositions into clear, benefits-led messaging.
• Plan and deliver industry events and exhibitions to generate qualified leads.
• Manage relationships with partners, agencies, press, and industry bodies.

What we need from you: 

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, telematics, logistics, or construction sectors.
• Strong track record in product marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.
• Experience in PR and event planning/delivery.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, display) and traditional advertising (print, OOH, radio).
• Skilled in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meltwater.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
