Role Overview

As the specialist for the company’s Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) solution, you’ll ensure the platform is fully optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with operational needs. Your work will span system development, training, supplier onboarding, and data reporting—perfect for someone who likes a varied workload and enjoys enhancing systems to support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • P2P ownership: Take responsibility for improving the way the system is used across the organisation, driving efficiency, consistency, and best practice.
  • User enablement: Deliver training, create guidance materials, and act as a trusted advisor to help colleagues and suppliers get the most out of the platform.
  • Supplier integration: Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring all data and compliance requirements are met before they go live.
  • System expertise: Provide second-line support, working closely with technical teams to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analytics & reporting: Produce meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and spend analytics to support procurement strategy and highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Process documentation: Keep system processes, user guides, and change logs accurate and up to date to support good governance and consistency.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working with P2P or procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and platform workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence delivering training and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical approach, with the ability to convert data into valuable insights.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.
