As a Project Coordinator and play a pivotal role in the continuous growth and development of the companies innovative systems. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and enjoys overseeing projects from inception to completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Project Coordination:
    • Lead the implementation of ProjectWorks across the organisation.
    • Input and maintain project details in ProjectWorks, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
    • Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones.
    • Monitor project progress, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Process Management:
    • Manage workflows and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
    • Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and flag risk issues promptly.
    • Document processes and maintain accurate records for auditing and internal reporting purposes.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact within internal teams.
    • Prepare and deliver regular status updates to team leaders, office managers, and directors.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to the new system.
    • Support the onboarding and briefing of ProjectWork software for new starters.
  • System Implementation Support:
    • Assist with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting during rollout.
    • Provide user support and coordinate training sessions for staff.
    • Ensure successful adoption of ProjectWorks across all departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with system implementation projects is preferred but not essential.
