  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to lead SAP / ERP implementations, specialising in business process reengineering and optimisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming and streamlining our business operations by driving change management initiatives, ensuring effective adoption of SAP S/4HANA, and aligning cloud solutions to meet our business goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Change Management Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of change management activities, ensuring changes are effectively communicated and adopted by the business. Develop and manage detailed change management plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand change impacts and develop strategies to address them.
  • Business Process Adoption: Ensure changes to processes are effectively documented and communicated to the affected teams and wider business.
  • Implementation: Collaborate with all departments including IT and functional teams during the cutover from current systems to the new SAP environment.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders and the wider business informed and engaged throughout the project go-live process and into business as usual operations.
  • Training and Support: Work with the HR training team for the creation of appropriate training material, coordinate the delivery of end-user training for the new systems and updated processes.
  • Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance to changes and develop strategies to mitigate these challenges.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of change management activities and report on their effectiveness. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager in SAP / ERP implementations.
  • Expertise in business process reengineering and optimisation.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans.
  • Experience in training and support, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
