- Job Type: Full time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract, Hybrid working with 3 days in the office
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator to join a dynamic, friendly and supportive team on behalf of our client, a leading company in the technology sector. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales team.
This vacancy is offered with Hybrid working, 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Reviewing, checking, and submitting weekly distributor and dealer reports
- Create and distribute weekly inventory and sales reports.
- Manage customer demand information and availability updates
- Raise, maintain, and efficiently manage price support requests within internal systems
- Process and track marketing payment cases through the system
- Support the sales team with general administrative queries
- Assist the back-office team with additional tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extremely well-organized and proactive.
- Strong written communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel.
