We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team, working closely with the international team at a key Technology function within a major organisation. This role involves defining and delivering technology solutions within the International Parcels division, focusing on projects related to international and export operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Collaborate with the International team to define and deliver technology solutions that enhance export operations and market alignment.
• Engage in projects such as USA Tariff adjustments, Parcel Visibility through Geo-Tracking, and enhancements in barcode systems from 2D to 1D for better customs interaction.
• Work on improving export services to Ireland, including setting up a satellite site in Northern England for faster service delivery.
• Support the implementation of bulk consignment processes for simplified customs clearance.
• Capture and analyse data, integrating with third-party services globally to streamline operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong requirements management skills, typically within a Waterfall framework.
• Proficient in process modelling and stakeholder management, working closely with business, operational, and IT teams.
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and vendor/supplier management in a multi-supplier environment.
• Ability to work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, influencing, collaboration, listening, and conflict management.

Desirable Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in the logistics sector or with a consultancy is advantageous.
