We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, working closely with the Operations and Delivery team on a key technology project. This role involves significant stakeholder engagement and the coordination of multiple project streams to replace legacy systems and streamline processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead the delivery of the project which involves replacing legacy indoor workload tools and decommissioning manual workarounds.
• Coordinate with various project teams across different streams to ensure timely delivery of their elements.
• Integrate into the stakeholder community to drive decision-making, roadmaps, and ensure requirements and designs are completed and approved.
• Facilitate the build, test, and deployment processes by maintaining clear communication and effective management of resources.
• Act as a point of contact in the Programme Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and progress in project activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering change projects within a technology function.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills, capable of engaging with C-suite and challenging stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, tailored to a broad audience.
• Resilient and driven, with the ability to maintain progress and resolve risks/issues effectively.
• Competent in delegation and negotiation, maintaining perspective and calm in challenging situations.
• Strong forecasting and commercial acumen.
• Innovative and creative thinking; proficient in problem-solving.
• Experience with traditional and modern software/IT development lifecycles (Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Desirable: Experience in Agile/Lean environments, Continuous Improvement, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and MS Office.
