Finance Systems Analyst

Norwich | £30,000–£35,000 | Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Systems Analyst to join a finance team within a large, organisation in Norwich. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with hybrid work available.

The Finance Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting, administering and developing core business systems. You’ll work closely with IT teams, business process owners and external support partners to resolve issues, manage system changes and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a system expert with strong understanding of business processes
• Manage the support request queue, ensuring prompt and clear communication
• Identify recurring issues and determine whether they relate to system problems or training needs
• Escalate and manage requests with internal/external support teams
• Develop system reporting with business process owners
• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials
• Support system testing during upgrades and development projects
• Assist in delivering user training
• Build knowledge of the organisation’s business intelligence platform

About You

• Experience in system support, ideally with ERP platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365, Netsuite)
• Understanding of core business processes (Sales, Purchasing, Treasury, People Management)
• Confident communicating with end users and resolving issues
• Able to manage multiple queries across various systems
• Keen interest in developing your career within a systems-focused finance environment
