Graduate Operations & Technical Support Coordinator (Telecoms / IT)
Location: North Norfolk (office-based with occasional client-site work)Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)Contract: Permanent, full-time Ideal for: University leavers / recent graduates
REED Technology are working with a client who are looking to recruit someone as a Graduate Operations & Technical Support Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day running of the office and the delivery of customer services. The role blends administration, customer service, supplier coordination, and hands-on technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Office Operations
- Maintain a tidy, professional office environment
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and functioning
Customer Support & Service Coordination
- Log and manage customer requests, ensuring they reach the correct department
- Handle domain-related tasks including Nominet and OpenSRS administration
- Assist with basic customer onboarding and service changes
Supplier & Telecoms Ordering
- Order telecoms services from approved suppliers
- Track order progress, updates, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records for billing and provisioning
IT & Network Support (Training Provided)
- Assist with configuration and provisioning of systems such as UniFi, MikroTik, and other IT platforms
- Support setup and preparation of event Wi-Fi equipment
- Help with internal IT tasks and system integration/support
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident, friendly telephone manner and professional written communication skills
- Comfortable learning new IT systems and following procedures
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
Desirable
- Interest or experience in telecoms, IT, networking, or web/hosting
- Knowledge of domains/DNS, Nominet, OpenSRS, UniFi, or MikroTik (not essential)
