Sales Performance Manager – South Region
Base Salary: c.£52,000 + Monthly Incentive + Annual Bonus Remote (Field-Based)
A fast-growing international organisation within the mobility and consumer technology sector is seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to oversee and elevate sales activity across the South region. This is a strategic, commercially focused field role, supporting a network of retail partners to maximise performance, customer experience, and market growth.
The Role
As Sales Performance Manager, you will be the key commercial link between the business and its regional retail partners. Your focus will be on driving sales outcomes, optimising partner engagement, and ensuring the successful execution of national sales strategies at a local level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Regional Sales Targets – Lead the execution of sales plans to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Retail Partner Performance Management – Build strong relationships with partner sites, providing coaching, tools, and insight to improve conversion, standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial Strategy Execution – Roll out promotional activity and tactical sales campaigns, adjusting local actions based on performance data and market feedback.
- Market & Competitor Insight – Monitor regional dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Brand & Customer Experience Alignment – Ensure partner locations deliver a consistent, high-quality experience aligned with company expectations.
- Reporting & Analysis – Produce regular performance reports covering volumes, trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with national operations, marketing, product, and aftersales teams to support regional success.
About You
- Strong background in sales management, ideally within a network-based environment such as mobility, consumer products, retail franchising, or field operations.
- Proven experience driving performance across multiple locations and developing commercial relationships.
- Skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management.
- Confident analysing data and converting insight into action.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and motivated by achieving targets.
- Willing and able to travel across the region as required.
